Insaf has worked across cultures and classrooms as a university lecturer, educator and mentor. Training in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy and Sandtray Therapy revealed for her the connection between psychology, art, symbols, touch and imagination.
She currently facilitates Sandtray Therapy at The Holistic Academy.
Teaching approach
Insaf encourages students to cultivate both skill and sensitivity: to listen beyond words, to explore what emerges in the sand, and to develop authenticity, self-inquiry, presence and integrity in their practice.
